- Reg CF: The standard deal card for your offering on CrowdTide.com may be updated with a new format & content known as a “Terms Tombstone Notice” (this occurs when terms advertising are running concurrently on CrowdTide.com for your offering.) The individual deal page for your offering and any conflicting content pages are removed from CrowdTide.com to be sure to not mix terms and non-terms communications for your offering. The standard deal card (non-terms) or updated “Terms Tombstone Notice” (terms) is updated to be linked to your offering page instead of to the removed CrowdTide individual deal page. - Reg CF, Reg A+, Reg D 506(c): In order to stay compliant with regulations, in all communications it is stated: "Company X is conducting an offering at X Platform [hyperlink]." or a form thereof such as, for instance: “X Company is offering up to X Amount under Section 4(a)(6)/Reg CF Equity at X each.” for a Reg CF Terms Tombstone Communication. In all communications, call to action traffic is directed through a link to your offering page at the platform where your offering is hosted. - Reg D 506(c): Test the Waters marketing under Reg D 506(c) is 15 days before the Form D is filed by the Issuer. The 15-day period where Test the Waters for a Reg D 506(c) officially begins is when the first investor check for accredited status occurs. The Form D must be filed by the Issuer within 15-days after this first investor check for the offering to be compliant.
